Chris Hysted-Adams

Chris Hysted-Adams is an Australian hospitality professional and bartender based in Melbourne, best known for his long tenure at Black Pearl in Fitzroy, where he served as general manager and was associated with the venue’s rise to international recognition. He later moved into senior roles with Moon Dog Craft Brewery, including Innovation Lead, after also working as Director of Seven Ounce and National Ketel One Vodka Brand Ambassador for Sweet&Chilli. He has been profiled as a three-time Australian Bartender of the Year and was credited with designing cocktail and shots menus for Moon Dog venues.
