Christiaan Stoop is the executive chef of Taian Table Shanghai and Taian Table Guangzhou, working alongside founder Stefan Stiller. Taian Table Shanghai describes him as having begun his culinary career under Chef Bobby Bräuer in Munich and later developed experience in Barcelona, Bray, New Delhi, Dubai, Paris, and Shanghai.
