Portrait of Christian Härtge
i. Biography
Christian Härtge is the head chef at Salzhaus in Solothurn, Switzerland, where he has led the kitchen since the restaurant opened in 2009. Salzhaus also notes that he completed chef training in Germany and brought inspiration from a cooking stint at the Marriott in Bangkok shortly before Salzhaus opened.
