Christian Hunter is a Chicago chef who was the chef at Atelier, a Lincoln Square restaurant that earned its first Michelin star while he was leading the kitchen. He won the MICHELIN Guide Chicago 2023 Young Chef Award and was described in coverage of Atelier as a James Beard–nominated chef.
