i. Biography
Christine Keff is a Seattle-based chef-restaurateur known for Flying Fish, which she opened in Belltown in 1995 and later moved to South Lake Union in 2010. In later-career roles, she has also consulted on restaurant operations and served as executive chef for Seattle University’s dining program through Bon Appétit-managed service.
