Christophe Baron is a French-born vigneron and owner/founder of Cayuse Vineyards in Walla Walla, Washington, and Horsepower Vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley Rocks District. Cayuse says his story began in the Champagne region of France near Charly-sur-Marne, and that he later established Cayuse after moving to Washington; Horsepower describes him as the founder of both estates and credits him with pioneering biodynamic farming in the Walla Walla Valley in 2002.
