Christopher P. Bates is an American hospitality professional, chef, and Master Sommelier based in the Finger Lakes region of New York. He and his wife, Isabel Bogadtke, founded and operate F.L.X. Hospitality, including F.L.X. Table in Geneva, F.L.X. Wienery, and related wine and beverage projects. He is also associated with Element Winery and has been credited as a catalyst for the growth of the Finger Lakes hospitality and wine scene.
