The shape of Claudio Sadler’s career reads like a sequence of responsibilities that build on one another. From 2012–2022, he served as chairman at Le Soste association, moving his practice beyond the pass and into the wider structure of Italian hospitality. That kind of role requires coordination, restraint, and a steady hand, qualities that also fit the way his kitchen work is described. Today, Claudio is chef of Ristorante Sadler and chef of Chic and Quick, working across both the measured demands of fine dining and the faster tempo implied by those two kitchens.
