i. Biography
Conor Delaney is the Culinary Director of Crawford Hospitality in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he oversees culinary operations across the group’s restaurants including Crawford & Son, Jolie, Brodeto, and Crawford Brothers Steakhouse. He was first hired in 2020 as Chef de Cuisine at Crawford & Son after reaching out to Chef Scott Crawford, and later became the group’s inaugural Culinary Director in 2022. He is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and previously honed his craft in the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group kitchens.
