Craig Koketsu

Craig Koketsu is a third-generation Japanese American chef and chef-partner at Quality Branded in New York City, where he has overseen culinary direction for restaurants including Quality Meats, Quality Italian, Quality Eats, and the seasonal Park Avenue concepts. Earlier in his career, he worked at Stars in Palo Alto with Jeremiah Tower and Joyce Goldstein, and later in New York at Lespinasse under Gray Kunz and Christian Delouvrier before creating the menu for Quality Meats in 2006 and transforming Park Avenue Café into Park Avenue Summer in 2007.
