i. Biography
Cyril Brun is the Chef de Caves of Ferrari Trento. Born in 1969 in Aÿ in Champagne, he worked at his family estate before joining Veuve Clicquot as a winemaker in 2000. After leading Pinot Noir and innovation work there, he became Chef de Caves at Charles Heidsieck in 2015. Ferrari Trento announced on 15 June 2023 that Brun had joined the Trentino winery as its full-time Chef de Caves, succeeding Ruben Larentis.
