i. Biography
Dan Callaway is the Master Blender and Vice President of Product Development at Lofted Spirits, with Bardstown Bourbon Company and Green River Distilling Co. He joined Bardstown Bourbon Company in April 2018 and has been publicly associated with the company’s Louisville tasting-room experiences and “Behind the Blend” sessions. He is a former musician and certified sommelier who later served in hospitality and bourbon education roles in Louisville.
