Daniel Pape is a German chef from Haselünne and the executive chef of Epicures at the Residenz Heinz Winkler in Aschau im Chiemgau. Born on August 6, 1981, he joined the Residenz in 2023 and became the restaurant's sole kitchen lead in 2025.
