i. Biography
Daniele Uditi is a Neapolitan-born pizzaiolo and chef based in Los Angeles who founded Pizzana, a Neo-Neapolitan pizzeria with multiple locations across California. Originally from Naples and raised in Caserta, Italy, he began his culinary career at age 12 working in his family's bakery before training under Michelin-starred chef Rosanna Marziale at Le Colonne restaurant in Campania. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2010, he has become known for his signature 'slow dough' pizzas and has expanded Pizzana to locations in Brentwood, West Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Silver Lake, Marina Del Rey, Dallas, and Houston, while also hosting the food competition show 'Best in Dough' on Hulu.
