i. Biography

David Caceres is the Executive Chef at Casa Gianna at the Gale Miami Hotel & Residences in downtown Miami. A Nicaragua-born, Miami-raised chef, he was previously executive chef of Mayfair Grill in Coconut Grove and, by 2024, was overseeing the culinary program at Casa Gianna and other on-property outlets at The Gale Miami.
