David Goldbronn is the head chef at Au Violon in Basel, where the restaurant says he trained under Joël Robuchon and Peter Knogl. Au Violon also states that his cuisine has held a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide since 2017. A separate restaurant listing associates him with L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Hong Kong as Executive Chef, but that role is not confirmed on the venue’s own current contact page, so the Hong Kong affiliation is treated as uncertain.
