David Morrison is the Deputy Master Blender at Appleton Estate in Jamaica, where he was appointed in 2024 after serving as Senior Blender from 2003. He was handpicked by Joy Spence in 2003 and has helped curate and blend many of the estate’s premium rums; a 2024 profile adds that he joined Appleton in July 1999 as a senior analyst and was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica.
