i. Biography
David Sit is a French-born hospitality entrepreneur based in Hong Kong who co-founded Singular Concepts and serves as its Group CEO. He first entered food and beverage with Whisky & Words in 2018 and later helped launch The Daily Tot in 2020, Zzura, and Bianco & Rosso under the Singular Concepts umbrella. He also co-founded the yacht charter company Entourage, which he described as a luxury hospitality-style experience business.
