David Weglarz is the founder, owner, and head distiller of StilL 630 Distillery in St. Louis, Missouri, which he founded in 2011 and has described as one of the most awarded distilleries in Missouri. Sources also is the distillery’s owner/operator and note that he has led production of whiskey, gin, rum, brandy, and agave spirits with a focus on local and organic ingredients.
