i. Biography
Della Tang is a Shenzhen-born sommelier and wine director whose career rose at Ensue, the Shenzhen fine-dining restaurant by Christopher Kostow, where she became beverage director in 2019 and later group sommelier for Savor Group. She studied at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and worked in France at Yam’Tcha and Le Taillevent before returning to China, where she won the inaugural Beronia Asia’s Best Sommelier Award in 2023 and earlier China’s Best Sommelier and Best Champagne Sommelier in 2020.
