i. Biography
Delphine d’Aboville is a French-German winemaker and co-founder of Domaine Allegria in Caux near Pézenas, in the Languedoc region of southern France. She is running the estate with her husband Ghislain, with the domaine created in 2008 and managed as an organic family vineyard. Before entering wine, she studied law in Belgium and worked in a legal career before the family’s reconversion to viticulture.
