Denis Chlusov is the head chef of DANU Restaurant & Wine Cellar in Prague, where he leads a modern Czech and Central European kitchen focused on local ingredients, careful technique, and the restaurant's wine-led Danube-region identity. He previously worked as personal chef to the President of the Czech Republic.
