    Dominique Roy is the Chef de Cuisine and partner at Eleven Madison Park in New York City. A native of Gatineau, Canada, he began cooking young, attended culinary and pastry school, staged at Maaemo and Mirazur, and joined Eleven Madison Park in 2015 before helping lead the restaurant through its plant-based transformation and reopening; the restaurant earned three Michelin stars under his leadership.
