Chris Dargavel is the Head Chef at Daphne’s in Chelsea, London, where he leads the restaurant’s Italian menu centered on seasonal ingredients and traditional regional dishes. In 2024, Daphne’s highlighted his role in its 60th-anniversary celebrations, including a special 60th Fillet Steak dish and his signature crab linguine.
