Callum Roberts is the Head Chef at The Birnam, the Italian-American grill at Gleneagles in Auchterarder, Perthshire, Scotland. He is the chef behind The Birnam’s produce-led menu, which features dishes such as crab spaghetti and sharing Chateaubriand. The same page also notes that his menu is award-winning.
