Chef Gaëtan Citerne

Gaëtan Citerne is the chef at La Table, the restaurant of Clarance Hôtel in Lille’s Vieux Lille district. He is originally from Arras and built his career in brigades linked to Alain Ducasse, then worked with Marc Meurin at Le Meurin in Béthune and at Monsieur Jean in Lille before opening L’Arc in 2017. The hotel says he later joined Le Cerisier in Lille and then took over the kitchen at Clarance from 16 September.
