Cornelia Fischer

Cornelia Fischer is the chef leading Restaurant Überfahrt at Althoff Seehotel Überfahrt on Lake Tegernsee in Rottach-Egern, where she took over in September 2024 and guided the restaurant to a Michelin star in June 2025, which it retained. The Althoff profile says she was part of the Restaurant Überfahrt team from 2015 to 2018 as Chef de Partie, then spent two years as Sous Chef to Andreas Caminada in Switzerland before returning to the property in 2024. She was named Schlemmer Atlas “Köchin des Jahres 2024,”. She is originally from Würzburg/Unterfranken.
