Cassandre Osterroth is a chef and co-owner/co-head chef of Kebec Club Privé in Quebec City, where she and Pierre-Olivier Pelletier opened the restaurant in November 2019. She is one of the two chefs, and one profile says she is originally from France and came to Québec City in 2018 after winning a fully paid internship at Laurie Raphaël. Kebec Club Privé was later described as earning a Michelin star, with Osterroth recognized alongside Pelletier for the restaurant and for a young-chef award.
