Gianfranco Chiarini is the chef and founding owner/executive chef of Dieci Boutique Restaurant in Devino village, Targovishte Region, Bulgaria, where he leads the kitchen’s creative direction and seasonal tasting menus built around Bulgarian ingredients and Italian technique. The restaurant describes his work as shaped by decades of professional culinary experience and a philosophy centered on precision, restraint, and respect for raw materials. He is italian-Colombian origin, raised in New York City, and active in culinary consulting and authorship.
