Ana Dolores González

Ana Dolores González is the chef behind Esquina Común, a Mexico City restaurant that began in a second-floor apartment in Roma in 2021 and later moved to a rooftop setting in Condesa. Michelin describes her cooking at Esquina Común as highly personal, technically grounded, and centered on quality ingredients. She and her partner Carlos Pérez-Puelles co-founded the restaurant, which earned a Michelin star in Mexico’s 2024 guide selection.
