Gareth Saywell is a chef associated with Bocca di Lupo in Soho, London. A 2024 industry report states that he returned to Bocca di Lupo as head chef after previously serving there as senior sous chef from 2015 to 2018, and that he had since been head chef at Orasay in Notting Hill and worked at The Light Bar in Shoreditch.
