Huang Jinghui, also known as Chef Fei, is a Chaoshan-born Cantonese and Chiu Chow chef associated with Mandarin Oriental properties in Singapore, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou. In 2025, Cherry Garden at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore was relaunched as Cherry Garden by Chef Fei, and he is the chef-consultant for sister properties across Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Jakarta, Beijing, and Bangkok.
