Janaína Torres Rueda

Janaína Torres Rueda is a Brazilian chef and entrepreneur from São Paulo who opened Bar da Dona Onça in 2008 in the Copan building, helping drive the revival of the city center. She later co-founded A Casa do Porco in 2015, a pork-focused restaurant in São Paulo that became internationally recognized and was cited by the World’s 50 Best as a major part of her rise. She is the chef behind Bar da Dona Onça and A Casa do Porco, with ongoing leadership across multiple São Paulo venues.
