i. Biography
He trained in Austria at the Hoteliersschule Villa Blanka in Innsbruck, then worked under Joël Robuchon and Pierre Gagnaire in Paris before moving through Gagnaire’s kitchens in Moscow and London. He left Sketch at the end of 2021 and later relocated to Hall in Tirol, Austria.
