Johannes Nuding

Johannes Nuding is an Austrian chef associated with Sketch in London, where he led the kitchen at The Lecture Room & Library and helped drive the restaurant to three Michelin stars in 2019. He trained in Austria at the Hoteliersschule Villa Blanka in Innsbruck, then worked under Joël Robuchon and Pierre Gagnaire in Paris before moving through Gagnaire’s kitchens in Moscow and London. He left Sketch at the end of 2021 and later relocated to Hall in Tirol, Austria.
