i. Biography
Pierre-Olivier Pelletier is a Québec City chef and co-owner of Kebec Club Privé, which he opened with Cassandre Osterroth in November 2019. He has worked in the kitchens of Restaurant Auguste, La Planque, Panache, and Laurie Raphaël in Québec City, and was a contestant on Les chefs! in 2015. In 2022, he won the San Pellegrino Young Chef award for Canada.
