Daniela Moiseev is the on-the-pass chef at Kokoro in Dubai's Alserkal Avenue. She leads the current open-kitchen team producing made-to-order Japanese hand rolls, nigiri, sashimi and crudo for the Houston-born concept's first Dubai restaurant.
