Patrick Pham is an American chef and co-creator of Kokoro, the hand-roll concept developed with Daniel Lee in Houston and brought to Dubai in 2024. At the Alserkal Avenue restaurant, the chefs apply a playful, made-to-order approach to Japanese hand rolls, nigiri, sashimi and crudo while working behind an open counter.
