Desiree Chantarasak

Desiree Chantarasak is the co-founder of AngloThai, the Marylebone London restaurant she launched with her husband John Chantarasak, which opened in November 2024 and earned a Michelin star within months. Sources describe her as managing the front of house and wine side of the project, and later as the sommelier and creative director of AngloThai. She is also described as having a design background before moving into wine and hospitality.
