The Path
Roasting at Amor Perfecto, Bogotá, Colombia, from 2008 gave the work its first technical frame: green coffee, heat application, batch discipline, and the sensory decisions that connect production to service. Diego Campos entered coffee there as a roaster, then moved into Professional Barista work at the same establishment.
