Diego Guerrero Peromingo is a Spanish chef born in April 1975 in Vitoria-Gasteiz who founded DSTAgE in Madrid in 2014, an informal haute cuisine restaurant that earned two Michelin stars and a Green Michelin Star for its sustainable practices and innovative tasting menus. Before establishing DSTAgE, he served as head chef at El Club Allard in Madrid from 2003 to 2013, where the restaurant received two Michelin stars under his leadership in 2007 and 2011. His culinary philosophy emphasizes creative freedom, globalization of flavors, and minimalist cuisine that transforms alternative ingredients into emotionally resonant dishes.
