Diego Loret de Mola

Diego Loret de Mola is the founder and master distiller of BarSol Pisco, a Peruvian brand associated with the revival and international export of traditional pisco from Bodega San Isidro in the Ica Valley, Peru. Sources also describe him as the executive director of Bodega San Isidro SRL and note that he has been involved with BarSol since at least 2001–2002, when he acquired and relaunched the historic distillery.
