Drew Gassell is the Chef/Partner at Cyrus in Geyserville, California, where he has worked with Douglas Keane since 1999 and helps run both the kitchen and the restaurant’s day-to-day operations. Cyrus’ official team page says he is a California native, former Marine, and graduate of the California Culinary Academy in 1997. The same source says he and Keane opened 10 restaurants together, from Market in 2003 to the current Cyrus in 2022.
