i. Biography
Drew Mayville is a Canadian spirits executive and master blender best known for his long career at Sazerac’s Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky, where he has served as Master Blender and Director of Quality. Sazerac states that he joined the company in 2004 after 23 years with Seagram’s, and coverage of his work with The Last Drop Distillers notes that he became a founding member of The Assembly in 2020 and created its No. 28 signature release. He has overseen blending and quality work across Buffalo Trace’s whiskeys and other Sazerac spirits.
