i. Biography
Dustin Caster is the Distillery and Packaging Director at Virginia Distillery Company in Virginia, where he also previously served as assistant distiller and lead distiller after joining the company in 2018. Public conference materials note that he began his professional life as an archaeologist, later started his own brewery in 2012, and has degrees in Anthropology and Biology with studies in biochemistry.
