Eddie Brook

Eddie Brook is the co-founder and CEO of Cape Byron Distillery in the Byron Bay hinterland of Northern Rivers, New South Wales, where the family business produces Brookie’s Gin and Cape Byron whisky from a farm known for rainforest regeneration. He is the distiller who helped launch the distillery in 2016 and build it around locally sourced ingredients and a sustainability-first ethos. The distillery operates from the Brook family farm near Byron Bay, which was restored from a run-down dairy farm into a rainforest and macadamia property before becoming the home of the spirits business.
