Edgar Victoria

Edgar Victoria is the chef-owner of Alebrije, a Mexican street-food concept in Nashville, Tennessee, built around Mexico City flavors and traditional techniques such as nixtamalization and corn prepared from scratch. He launched Alebrije during the pandemic as a pop-up, later expanding to a brick-and-mortar location in East Nashville and additional Nashville-area venues, including collaborations at GEODIS Park and local pop-up sites.
