Edouard Bourgeois

Édouard Bourgeois is a French-born wine professional from Champagne who became Wine Director at Pressoir.wine and has also worked with the Dinex Group/Daniel Boulud restaurants in New York. He began in hospitality at the Hôtel de Crillon’s Restaurant Les Ambassadeurs under David Biraud, won first prize in the 2005 French National Trophée Mumm for student sommeliers, then moved to New York in 2008 as a sommelier at Restaurant DANIEL before becoming Head Sommelier and wine buyer at Café Boulud. He later worked the 2017 harvest with the winemaking team at Domaine Lapierre in Morgon, France, and continues to split time between the U.S. and France overseeing wine programs and French wine events.
