Edward Young-min Kwon

Edward Young-min Kwon is a South Korean celebrity chef whose career has included senior chef roles in luxury hotels in the United States, China, the Middle East, and South Korea. He publicly acknowledged that parts of his earlier career claims had been exaggerated, including assertions about serving as executive chef at Burj Al Arab and training at the Culinary Institute of America. He later returned to Korea and opened restaurants in Seoul, including The Spice in Itaewon and Eddie’s Café in Seocho District.
