Today, Edwige Thuill is régisseur / chef d'exploitation of Domaine de Valensac in Florensac, Occitanie, France, where the estate’s daily operations and longer arc both sit under her remit.

Where They Are Now

At Domaine de Valensac, the work spans vineyard and cellar management, with Edwige Thuill responsible for the link between the two. Her time managing vinification and vineyard work at Domaine de Valensac gives her a practical view of how each stage affects the wine’s final balance. Barri White is Edwige Thuill's original blend of three aromatic grape varieties, and it shows the kind of measured brightness she favors.
