Egon Müller

Egon Müller IV is the owner and cellar master of Weingut Egon Müller in Wiltingen, Mosel, Germany, where the estate’s official pages identify him as the current lead of the Scharzhof winery. He has run the estate since 1991, and the winery’s history page states that he continues the family tradition at Scharzhof, whose holdings include the Scharzhofberg vineyard and are dedicated entirely to Riesling. He studied oenology at Geisenheim and is associated with one of Germany’s most celebrated Riesling estates.
